LilyGO T-QT-Pro 0.85" specifications
The LilyGO T-QT Pro is a thumb-sized ESP32-S3 board with a 0.85-inch 128×128 IPS display (GC9107, SPI, 262K colours, 260 cd/m²). It has the familiar two-button layout of the T-Display family and runs on the ESP32-S3's native USB for programming and serial.
LilyGO makes it in two memory variants: the ESP32-S3FN4R2 with 4 MB of flash and 2 MB of PSRAM, and the ESP32-S3FN8 with 8 MB of flash and no PSRAM. The LCD Ultra Pro profile targets the FN4R2 version.
Unlike the original T-QT, the Pro supports charging a lithium battery, and the battery voltage can be read on GPIO 4 — enough to build a small portable gadget that knows when to warn about a low battery. In LCD Ultra Pro the canvas matches the 128×128 screen exactly.

Good to know before you start
- Check which chip your board has: the FN4R2 has 2 MB PSRAM, the FN8 has none. This profile is for the FN4R2.
- With 4 MB of flash and 2 MB PSRAM, keep images small and fonts few.
- Free GPIOs: 7, 8, 9 and 11 (19/20 are the USB data lines).
- The original T-QT (non-Pro) cannot charge a battery.
What it is good for
- •Tiny status displays and notifiers
- •Keychain-size gadgets
- •Single-value sensor read-outs
- •Wi-Fi or Bluetooth test tools
