I2C address checker

Two parts can't share an I2C address on the same bus. Pick your board and your sensors, and this shows you what collides and how to fix it. It covers the 21 I2C parts in the parts wiki and the chips already on 75 boards.

1. Your board (optional)

2. Pick your parts

The address map fills in as you choose.

3. Your I2C bus

Before you trust the result

The board list comes from what we know about each board, so a chip can be missing. Some boards also keep their chips on a separate bus, and then they won't clash with your sensors. The board wiki has the details.

Modules from different sellers can ship with different default addresses. If something doesn't answer, run an I2C scanner sketch and use the address it finds.

Where the addresses come from

We checked them against several sources: manufacturer datasheets, the i2cdevices.org address database and open-source drivers such as ESPHome, Espressif and the Linux kernel.
